Have anybody some informations about the future mini lp releases of all Jean Michel Jarre discography??? I can't find anything about it

That would be great if they did make Jarre Mini-LPs! I would definitely buy them!

Of course they made Vangelis Mini-LPs but I suspect he is much more popular in Japan than Jarre, so this may never happen, unfortunately...

I know there is a 'European' Oxygene Mini-LP Millenium Edition Limited & No. in 1999 which was very nice. Too bad they stopped there.

Very nice release! I hope they will put all Jarre's catalogue on mini lp label soon. I think Jarre is very known in Japan, but there could be some problems with copyright licences from FDM France or something, i don't know....

I think you are right regarding the license issue.

I think Francis Dreyfus Music (FDM) has all the rights to re-release this. Someone needs to contact him because I know he is more interested in making money than anything else--just look at how many times he has re-released Jarre's back, catalog, hahaha....

Yes, the number of re-releases of Jarre's back catalogue is quite nice... but the mini-lp collection of all Jarre albums would be very unique...

BTW all Jarre's albums (until the only-cd albums came on) was released in Japan on standard vinyls with super quality mastered sound...

The first four albums are circulating on the ebay.com, but i assume, they are all a fakes. Really can't wait for a real releases!

The first edition of the first series of mini LPs for the Who (target obis) came with inserts that were pre-punched. A binder and T-Shirt accompanied the release. It is not clear how these were obtained but it seems likely that the small yellow coupon on the obi would have been snipped off and the folder at least was awarded on surrendering the full set of coupons.
