Mega Santana Lotus box was available with the purchase of ten Santana releases (including one double and of course the Lotus triple) but can contain the complete Santana Sony MHCP series catalogue. Also came with a tiny sticker for the cover of Santana III +3.

The pedestal foot is kind of a nice touch but annoying as it makes it difficult to store on the same shelf as other boxes.
