Inner sleeve with details of releases available in the US circa 1979 (based on the fact that the sleeve shows "? 1979 Warner Bros Records Inc. Made on U.S.A.". The image for Electric Ladyland shows the US cover. There is no mention of "Rainbox Bridge" or "Band of Gypsys".

There is also a single foldout (1 by 2 wide) showing the front cover photo from the US release and a colour version of one of the other US release photos on one side and the UK front cover and a black and white portrait on the other.
