Vicious Rumors - Digital Dictator

KICP-91542 (2011)

King Records : Features the 2011 digital remastering and cardboard sleeve. Includes new liner notes. Vicious Rumors' second album. If already in the first disc showed signs of being a solid band, they fully polished his sound here to make one of the greatest albums of Power Metal. Amazing disc in every way, good guitars, good voice, strong themes with great melodies.

Release Details
Manufacturer: King
Channels:Stereo
Format:CD
This version released:2011-03-09
Original LP release:1988.02
Genre:Heavy Metal-Power Metal
Audio quality etc:Production of this version is "too powerful" in my opinion. 2009 remastered version of Shrapnel Records had already increased the volume bordering the clipping. Here, Japanese have gone a step further. I have three King/Shrapnel Records and all of them have the same "problem", they push the volume to the maximum. Japanese are always Japanese and the sound is good, but the dynamic range is very poor. Anyway, perfect for people who often listen to music on portable players or the car-radio.
