Die cut outer single sleeve. The faces on the front cover have been cut out to allow other faces to be viewed through the holes (either with or without lipstick).

The original covers had some variety in the colouring of the outer sleeve (this one being a copy of the duller variety making it uncommon in terms of CD releases).

Cover Concept and Design: Peter Corriston.

Inserts (additional):Inner sleeve with indenti-kit faces of band members. It also includes the words "Pardon our appearance. Cover under reconstruction." etc that appeared on the 1978 reissue following recall.

As with this version of Sticky Fingers it's possible this was also released in Japan VJCP-27006? The release date stated here is that found on the obi of VJCP-27001.
