The original 1983 LP was another of the later George Martin produced albums. Predominantly soft rock in style, it contained global hits in 'Pipes of Peace' and 'Say, Say, Say' which is one of two duets on the album with Michael Jackson. Despite the singles successes, the album was not as commercially successful as hoped despite the songwriting being better here than most of the earlier stuff. The mini lp release is beautfully made with an extra thick gatefold sleeve and is as rare as hen's teeth!
