Promo Issues / Comments:

When bought as part of the mega 40th Anniversary Definitive Collection (Zoso Box) this included the "traditional" CD orange version of the cover.

The spine of promo cover and obi carry the release number of the box (WPCR-13142).

The back of the obi from the promo cover is blank (white) and the back cover is identical to the standard back cover (which is possibly not strictly accurate?).

Paper inner bag with plastic liner complete with health warning ("Plastic bags can be dangerous To avoid danger of suffocation keep this bag away from babies and children.").
