TOCP-65547 (2001)

The current version of this (2010 reprint) is a jewel case. I suspect the original was also a jewel case. There was a worldwide 30th Anninversary release in 2001 (remaster with bonus tracks) that was in a box and this (non Japanese release) is probably what is being referred to here. It is also possible that the box set was released in Japan with this (current jewel case) release ID with an obi slapped on and a Japanese booklet (copied in the Russian fake).
