Paper sleeve releases from HMV Japan have Obi's? 12 Years, 2 Months ago	Karma: 0
I was on their site (http://www.hmv.co.jp/en/) the other night and noticed that their paper sleeve section contained pictures and only a few of the pictures had OBI's. Are the ones without OBI's just stock photos? Do all their paper sleeve CD's have OBI's?
