The recording of this album was made shortly after release of their debut album, but was not released until 1995 after the group effectively disbanded. Recorded in front of a small live studio audience at BBC Radio London, this was before the group were widely recognised as can be noted from the highly muted audience responses. It is effectively an 8 song set that represents a 'live' version of their debut album with an additional song.
