UICY-93727 (2008)

Debut album released in 1978 into the post punk-rock UK music scene. Produced by Muff Winwood in early 1978, it spawned the outstanding 'Sultans of Swing' in the fall of 1978 which was a hit on bth side of the Atlantic and was the foundation for the album going Top 10 in both US & UK. The single/album were an unlikely success and bucked the then current music trends with the music being more laid back and with a fusion of different musical styles, overlaid by Knopflers Dylan-esque lyrics.
