TECW-28720 (1998)

BBC sessions from 1970 (disc 1) and 1972 (disc 2). The album was original release in 1980. As far as we can tell this Japanese release was the first to include all the tracks found on the post 2001 standard CD release. Disc 2 contains very early live recordings from Machine Head.

For some strange reason this release sits in the place where you would expect to find TECW-21720 but is instead TECW-28720 (there is no TECW-21720).

The back cover of this and the following (non-SHM) release show the actual track listing under the headings of disc 1 and disc 2. The SHM release from 2008 reverts to the original cover showing Side A, Side B and Side A, Side B.
