There is no credit for the back cover image. It is a traditional image taken from a Catholic "holy card" depicting Anima Sola (or the lonely soul - a soul in purgatory). (It is not an image of Joan of Arc).

Lyrics:Japanese and English. Japanese on large lightweight black and white paper fold out. English on the card inset (main tracks), Japanese paper foldout (bonus tracks) and glossy booklet (all tracks).
