The seventh album by Prince. Overall, the album was not as radio-friendly as 1999 or Purple Rain, but it still had two U.S. top 10 hits, went double platinum and was an important step in Prince's musical evolution, incorporating new instruments and musical styles.

Although this, and others in the Prince canon, is credited to Prince and The Revolution, the members of the group had very minimal input into the album. For this reason, and because the obi's for the set are numbered, all the albums have been put under the name Prince.

Cover:Good quality glossy card gatefold sleeve with an extra tab for the track names.
Inserts (as per original):No inserts, which is a pity as there was a nice sticker with the original album of a boy flying away holding a balloon made up of the title.
Lyrics:Japanese/English booklet with biography and lyrics.
