Rubber Soul Russian Dr. Ebbets Brit version is good 15 Years, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Got this the other day. On first listen it is quite good. On "I'm looking through you" I can hear Paul humming with the guitar on the intro from the right channel. I'll check but can't recall ever having heard that before. The packaging is flawless and very nice.

I don't know if I purchased the same Russian version you did or not but as for mine I am really sorry I bought it. The sound is "hollow" in comparison to the standard release and the packaging is a mess with fake apple logos and more.

Here's the link salerussia.com/b.htm and its the first listing. Dr. Ebbets mastering. Mine sounds great and I have a pretty decent system of Levinson and Dynaudio.
